CEO of Legwork Software, Korey Korfiatis speaks to a group of 40 Wenatchee executives about how to leverage Social Media to enhance their relationship marketing efforts.
Early in the discussion attendees were asked to describe their main objectives for attending the meeting. Below are just a few examples of the the questions that were brought to the group:
1.) Is social media taking the place of face to face relationships?
2.) I am concerned about maintaining the professionalism of my Facebook page. How do I set up my page so that staff
does not include information that does not reflect our brand messaging?
3.) What about the advertising on the pages. Can I remove them? What if the ads are inappropriate?
4.) How do I maintain my page separate from my personal page so that I can keep my personal life separate from my business life?
5.) Once I set my Facebook and Twitter accounts up, how do I keep them maintained and beneficial to my practice/business?
These questions and more were addressed with an attempt to have each participant leave feeling better prepared to launch their new social media campaign.
Thanks to all who attended. A special thanks to Dentra.com and TeksServices.com for their sponsorship.
